A remote control for Kathrein satellite receiver.
The app offers the following basic features: remote control, EPG, archive and timer display.
With this app you can make your network ready Kathrein receiver simply by remote control.
All functions of the original remote control are available.
Get introduced to display the EPG their Kathrein receiver on the smartphone and program them directly your next recordings; or stream the show right on your tablet (zBVLC Player required).
In the current version the following new features are available:
• Remote control your KATHREIN receiver
• Presentation of EPG Archives and timer in the app, programming and erasing new timer, Deleting Pictures ...
• Manual timer (not UFS922 / 912)
• Wake on LAN (only UFS924 / 906/916/946)
• Timer series and series recording (not UFS922 / 912)
• Text input on Android Keyboard (now also UFS922 / 912)
• Save multiple receivers incl. Rapid changes
• Radio EPG and streaming
• Search for available receiver automatically or manually entering the IP / domain
• Stream live TV and recordings
• Widget with basic functions
The app requires a VPN, WLAN or network connection to one of the following receiver models:
Kathrein UFS 912, UFS 913, UFS 916, UFS 922, UFS 923, UFS 925, UFS 924, UFS 906, UFS 935, UFS 946
This app is the porting of the same Windows Phone / Windows 8 app to Android.
The aim is to offer an alternative to the official app UFScontrol Kathrein with (at least) the same functions.
